A Message from Fr. Drew Bunting
Growing in faith, rooted in grace. That is our job as Christians, and it’s what we do here at St. Peter’s. In worship, service, fellowship, and program offerings, we are always seeking to grow in our faith, by God’s grace.
I am proud of the growth St. Peter’s has seen in the last year. We have welcomed many new members into our community, reconvened our Outreach Committee, embraced new service work at the CHATT Foundation, and revived fellowship ministries like the Women’s Group. And I am thrilled to say that we have hired a new Director of Children’s Ministry and a Director of Youth Ministry & Ministry Development. When I look around the table at our staff meetings, I am amazed at how richly God has blessed us.
I look forward to seeing our growth continue in 2026, and I want to focus especially on growing into deeper community. This will include increasing the role of youth and children in our common life, fostering intergenerational fellowship, and continuing to strengthen the relationship between our church and its largest ministry, St. Peter’s Episcopal School.
This work is possible because of your financial support, and I am so grateful for it. I encourage you to devote time, thought, and prayer to how much you can give to support the ongoing work of St. Peter’s in 2026, as we grow deeper in faith, rooted in grace.
